Some services include direct sale of full source code, while others may involve custom development or digital delivery.

Unless otherwise specified in writing:

• When you purchase a product marked as "full source code," you receive complete ownership of that code.
• You may freely modify, use, redistribute, and resell the code.
• We retain no rights or control over the code once sold.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

• If a product is defective or delivered incorrectly, we may choose to provide a replacement or fix at our sole discretion.
• By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

Most products are delivered digitally via email or private message upon payment.

• Custom orders may take additional time depending on project requirements.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party platforms or providers.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when placing an order.
• Not use our services for illegal, harmful, or unethical activities.
• Respect any third-party service terms if our products interact with external platforms (e.g., Discord).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shyren Development shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Any data loss or damages caused by the use or misuse of our products.
• Any incompatibilities with third-party software, services, or systems.

All services and products are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a project/order if:

• The customer violates our Terms.
• The project involves illegal or abusive use.
• Payment is not received in full.

• Unless agreed in writing, ongoing support or updates are not included after delivery.
• Any additional changes or fixes after delivery may require a new paid service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
